Monday's Mutt with Kern County Animal Services

JoJo –  976165

Hello Kern County!  My name is JoJo and I am a total sweetheart, according to my friends at the shelter.  I am an interesting mix and my friends think that I am part Jack Russell Terrier, part Chihuahua and maybe even part Border Collie!  But I am 100% loveable!  I have been patiently waiting for my new forever family since July 11th when I was brought to the shelter by a Good Samaritan after being rescued from Weedpatch Highway.

I am a little shy at first, but once I get to know you I am a little charmer.  I love having my belly rubbed and enjoy lots of attention and affection.  I have made friends with several different dogs since I have been at the shelter so a home with a doggie friend is a must for me as I love to play and have company.  I would make a great family pet for a family with children over the age of 10 or I would be a perfect fit for a retired person or couple as I am a great lap dog, very loyal and easy-going.

If you are interested in adopting me, please visit the Kern County Animal Services Bakersfield shelter located at 3951 Fruitvale Avenue.  My adoption fees include my neuter surgery cost, first series of vaccinations, a microchip and more!  Don’t forget to mention my ID number when you visit – 976165.
